What You'll Do

Teach Abacus Math, School Math, and/or Reading to small groups of K-8 students using our proven curriculum. We will train you. 

Foster a Positive Learning Environment by encouraging curiosity and a genuine love for learning.

Track and Celebrate Progress: Monitor students' growth and share their achievements with parents.

Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate educators who are committed to your success.

What We're Looking For

Passion for Education: You love teaching and want to help students excel.

Strong Subject Knowledge: Proficiency in elementary, middle, high school Math, and/or Reading.

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and motivate children in small-group settings.

Team Player: Collaborate with fellow tutors and staff to create a supportive learning environment.

Training & Development

Hands-On Training: Learn our curriculum and teaching methods through comprehensive, paid training sessions.

Ongoing Support: Receive coaching, mentorship, and resources from experienced educators to help you grow.

Locations & Schedule

Multiple Centers: Choose a location convenient for you or opt to teach at multiple centers for broader experience.

Flexible Hours: Monday to Saturday. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

Compensation & Expected Hours

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (with potential to earn up to $50/hr through our tiered program)

Hours: Approximately 15-40 hours per week.
