Center Manager Genie Academy

Position Overview

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including staff management, parent satisfaction, and student achievement. This role requires a results-oriented individual who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and delivering an exceptional educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, student enrollment, and contribution margin growth.
• Maintain an 80% lead conversion rate and reduce the discontinuation rate below the company average.
• Organize and manage the class calendar and teacher coverage.
• Ensure high teaching quality and student achievement, measured by success stories and progress.
• Run branch operations flawlessly and independently, using established processes and tools.
• Lead customer satisfaction efforts through strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Google reviews, and referral programs.
• Provide support to our coaching staff through mentoring, motivation, and ensuring adherence to our established processes.
• Teach 1020 hours per week to maintain branch profitability and provide class coverage when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and fix operational gaps.

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
• Some experience working with children.
• Customer service experience.
• Sales or retail experience is a plus.
• Training Provided: We will train you on our curriculum of Math, Reading, Writing, and Coding standards.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of technology or the ability to learn tools such as HubSpot CRM, Freshdesk, and Google Workspace.
• Traits: Task-oriented, punctual, organized, tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and a servant leader.
