We offer programs in Math, Reading, Writing, and Coding, all built on a structured, proven curriculum that produces results.<h4>About the Role</h4>We're looking for experienced SAT Tutors for Math and/or Reading &amp; Writing who are passionate about helping students reach their college goals. You'll teach small groups of 3-6 students using Genie Academy's curriculum and lesson plans -- so no lesson planning is required. You'll just focus on learning our methods and delivering engaging, effective instruction.This is a part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule. Tutors must be available for the full SAT class cycle to ensure continuity for students.<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Teach SAT Math and/or Reading &amp; Writing using Genie Academy's curriculum.</li><li>Manage small group classes of 3-6 students.</li><li>Ensure students understand both concepts and test-taking strategies.</li><li>Track progress and communicate results to students and parents.</li><li>Maintain consistency and punctuality throughout each program cycle.</li><li>Attend periodic training to stay aligned with Genie Academy standards.</li></ul><h4>Requirements</h4><ul><li>Prior experience teaching or tutoring SAT Math and/or Reading &amp; Writing.</li><li>Strong understanding of current SAT question types and scoring.</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Reliable, professional, and committed to schedule consistency.</li><li>Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment in college).</li></ul><h4>Preferred</h4><ul><li>Experience teaching both Math and Reading/Writing sections.</li><li>Familiarity with structured enrichment programs or test prep centers.</li></ul><h4>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h4><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on teacher tier (Bronze to Platinum).</li><li>No lesson planning required -- curriculum and training provided.</li><li>Health insurance reimbursement after 15+ weekly hours.</li><li>3% company match through Simple IRA.</li><li>Tuition/student loan reimbursement program.</li><li>Accrued bonuses for top-performing teachers.</li></ul>
